Why do links to ADO.NET Sync Services for Devices 1.0 SP1 point to CTP?-Collection of common programming errors

In the readme for SQL Compact 3.5 SP1, and the download page for SQL Compact 3.5 SP1 (http://www.microsoft.com/sql/editions/compact/downloads.mspx), there is a link entitled:

Microsoft Synchronization Services for ADO.NET version 1.0 Service Pack 1 for Windows Mobile

When you click the link, it takes you to the CTP release from March!  What gives?
