postfix with dovecot and mysql issue-Collection of common programming errors

I have been trying to install on ubuntu 12.04(Server) an email server following this tutorial . After all I can send out but I’m having problems to receive mails on my virtual mailboxes created with postfixadmin. Each time the response what I get is:

Status: 5.1.1 Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; unknown user:”test”

or if I remove everything from mydestination postfix main.cf

The error that the other server returned was: 554
