Why am I shaking the day after drinking alcohol?-Collection of common programming errors

I have a hangover, but i’ve never been shakey like this.

  1. Shaking is caused a reduced level of electrolytes in blood. The electrolytes are required for all cell activity. Without them the body is unsteady. Also consider that your body is in a mild form of shock from the exposure to a toxin. Drink plenty of water and Gatorade and take a multivitamin with a meal. You’ll be okay.

    May be temporary alcohol withdrawal/toxicology

I like what the guy said about low blood sugar. It is an energy source that is depleted from the alcohol use. Plus the ramen has salts that will help.

  2. It could be because you have had more alcohol than your body can cope with. I have heard of people in a similar situation giving up alcohol for a week.

If they can’t last that long then checking out with the AA people because you might be addicted like them.

  3. Eat something. Your blood sugar is in the toilet – literally; between forgetting meals and being too nauseated to eat, every system in your body is starving. Pot Noodle/Ramen, noodles in any kind of broth – if you can’t take the noodles, you can drink the broth.

And give it a week before trying to drink the whole pub under the table again

  4. your body is detoxing. so maybe your drinking more than you used too. ease up a bit, dont want to over do it. other wise your body will crave it.

  5. Either you are an alcoholic because that is a symptom of withdrawal or its just a little hangover (just drink a lot of water and relax you’ll be fine by tmrw)

  6. Your blood is thinner and the body is trying to get it self warm by getting blood to the muscles because of it.

  7. It’s just the hangover. You’ve just never experienced this symptom before

  8. It is probably because you have had more alcohol than what your body is used too, if it carries on go to the doctors 🙂

  9. It’s the DT’s…..i think it is called the delerium tremens, look it up.

  10. Sounds like an alcoholic having with drawls.

  11. its a hangover…. drink more it will help

  12. because you need to have another drink!
