Remove and undefined program?-Collection of common programming errors

Restart your computer,press F8 when you see your screen,follow the prompts and choose safe mode.Go to add or remove programs and see if you can remove it then.If it won’t let you,go to program files,delete it’s folder and empty the recycle bin.
