- The message “gExtContent is undefined” seems to be related to IE7. I found several solutions in different forums. #1: Clear your browser cache of cookies and temp files. #2: Go to IE7Pro Preferences/ connection and uncheck “Use Proxie”. #3: Right-click the menu bar and check “web assistant”, the web assistant should now be displayed on the tool bar. Click on it and uncheck “block ads on this site”.
