Itunes home share wont play/transfer some songs?-Collection of common programming errors

While trying to transfer songs from my desktop to laptop, itunes gives me an “unknown error” on some of the songs. In about 7000 songs, 20 or so wont transfer, or even play. I thought the files might have been corrupted when they appear on my laptop itunes home share page, but they play fine of my desktop. Any idea on why this is happening or how to fix it?

It could be that your Apple ID for home sharing is incorrect or not synced. If it is and that isn’t the problem than you can always use a USB drive or any form of mobile memory to put the songs on there and transfer them onto the laptop.
