SSRS 2012 (native mode) Charts, Indicators don't render-Collection of common programming errors

New installation of SSRS native mode. After installation created/deployed new report with tablix, indicator and chart. Tablix displays but both Indicator and Chart are not rendered,Indicator and Chart display a very small red/blue icon. 

Took same report redeployed to another SQL 2012 SP/SSRS instance, report renders fine with indicator and chart.

Been searching for hours now not finding much, any ideas ?
