Displaying an integrated mode report as a native mode for parameter positioning?-Collection of common programming errors

How about using a Reporting Services web part to display your (SharePoint Integrated) report and collapse the parameters in that web part properties, then place a Filters web part in the pane above the RS web part. Connect the filters to the Report in the normal way (use your connections setting). It is not going to look exactly like the rendering in Native mode, but the parameters (filters) can be placed where ever you want to place them including at the top. With the Filters you obviously have all the appropriate filters that will cover all the parameters you have (multi-select, date, choice, text, etc).
