Starter site for commerce server 2009: urgent-Collection of common programming errors

OOB from CS2009, you get MOSS starter site and if you want to leverage CS2007 starter site then you can leverage it (which works on runtime API) but if you want starter site (ASP.NET) on top of multi-channel foundation then there is no such site exist and you have to develop it from scratch.
