Hi Jason,In this document, the anonymous access for SharePoint is not explained. Do you know how to turn on? The best is to make an alternate access mapping to support two different authentication on the same SharePoint site. Basicaly, one for the webmaster who belongs to the AD credential and the other one with the Commerce Server runtime user (upm provider).
