    I am unable to receive and send my mails using MS outlook express. everytime the massage displayed “Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication. Account: ‘pop.mail.yahoo.com’, Server: ‘pop.mail.yahoo.com’, Protocol: POP3, Server Response: ‘-ERR popgate unknown command’, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18”


  • Kenneth J I’ve got a similar problem in that I can receive but not send and it just started within the last week or so. Prior to that, I had been able to send them.

    Not sure what has changed.
