Having problems with Microsoft Outlook 2002 send and receive from yahoo email account.?-Collection of common programming errors

I keep receiving this error when trying to send and receive my emails from my Yahoo email account: task ‘pop.mail.yahoo.com – Sending and Receiving’ report error (0x8004060C) : ‘Unknown Error 0x8004060c’

I have researched every avenue I know to solve this problem. I had no problems doing this earlier this month, but now it keeps giving me this error. Does anyone have an idea what might have gone wrong? I have made no changes to my settings. I was gone two weeks and now it has gone crazy. I checked to see if I was still setup on my account to still access my Yahoo email through Microsoft Outlook 2002 and it was still active. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
