Really struggling to finish configuring BTS 2009-Collection of common programming errors

You are correct, MSDTC on sql box was not running. However, I rerun the configuration wizard, runtime, group, BRE are successfully setup but not BAM tools, nor BAM portal nor EDI and AS2, they had status failure. In spite of the fact that all BAM DBs were succesfully created. The BAM Primary Import Database found from the BizTalk Management Database BizTalkMgmtDb on server SQL2K8 is not compatible or does not exist.  Please configure BAM Tools where Server Runtime, Administration Tools, or Developer Tools is installed. (BAMPortal)
