Can no longer send email usinf outlook express and yahoo.co.uk email?-Collection of common programming errors

  • michael j Try changing the SMTP server (smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk) port to 587. It seems you’ll also have to turn off secure connection settings (no SSL, no TLS). It worked for a problem I had sending.

    Get g mail or msn.Yahoo is having lots of problems it needs a good debugging session.

    I have got around it by changing the advanced properties tab from use SSL to unticking it and changing the port to 587.
    Seem to be the only way to send emails at the moment from Outlook Express.
