I obviously don’t know a thing about computers, so I seriously need help because I don’t understand.

  1. The video drivers need updated. Find out whether you have either AMD or Nvidia graphics card then go to their website then their support page and you should find the driver updater

  2. Don’t got a good enough GPU (Graphics Processing Unit). Or its not up t date.
