This error just happened to me today after I installed the new version of Itunes. I have looked all of the web and couldn&#8217;t find a way to fix this. I&#8217;m not trying to redeem anything to the redeem fix will not work for me. It will give you a choice to open or copy &#8211; choose &#8220;copy this link&#8221;. Then paste it into a new internet explorer window. Accept the security prompt then it should load up the space to put your code in.
