I try to plug it into the computer to connect it to iTunes but then it tells me I have to restore my iPod. I press the restore button and it tells me &#8220;The iPod &#8220;iPod&#8221; could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1601). I&#8217;ve tried everything to fix it (called Apple, upgraded my itunes, uninstalled itunes and everything dealing with it and reinstalling them, and I have searched and searched on the web and can&#8217;t seem to find anything).
