E.g. search by title, subject, number, or search exact or like word.<\/p>\n<p>However, when a quick find is enabled on a <strong>KB Article subgrid<\/strong>, the search throws javascript errors &#8216;&#8221;KB_OFFLINE&#8221; is undefined&#8217; when the search box gets focused and &#8220;getParameter(&#8220;viewtype&#8221;)&#8217; when a search is performed. It seems like the ribbon isn&#8217;t initialized.<\/p>\n<p>Can anyone confirm this is a bug in CRM?
