Recently, Yahoo updated the POP3 server. I had a message freeze and used WMUtil to clean everything up and make sure the mail database is not corrupt. I have updated the SMTP settings and can send fine. However, WM will not connect with the POP3 server. I have checked all of my settings and all is fine.
